The Results
Using an approach that concentrates on delivering practical, 'hands on' Change Management consultancy through empathy with our clients, we created a structured, disciplined environment where the business was fully engaged from the start. The inclusion and mentoring of existing IT departments, who had never undertaken such a project before, was an early objective; these people are now playing a full and valuable role in the projects.
Scyllogis undertook enterprise-wide pre-implementation studies that formed the structure on which the systems solutions were built. These studies were carried out in close consultation with the business, thereby creating for the various stakeholders a feeling of inclusion and acceptance to the new systems and processes from the outset.
To date we have devised and implemented the project governance structure and communication plans allowing everyday decisions to be taken by the business, whilst leaving strategic decisions for senior management. We have designed the system architecture and specified how this will be integrated into the existing Allianz systems, whilst still maintaining AMA independence in line with the corporate strategy.
Furthermore we have ensured that the complex interdependencies between the various projects within the program are successfully managed and that there is effective communication between them.
This project is ongoing, and on track to complete full implementation by agreed delivery dates. Scyllogis continues to play a pivotal role in the establishment of AMA.
