• Greater business control – the new framework has improved the quality, consistency and timeliness of information on which operational decision-making is based. • Enhanced competitiveness – before implementing the new system interface TMEI might have had to scale back its Europe an operations in line with the changes in its traditional customer base. Instead it has now opted to address a new audience for a product set that it understands well.
