LLOYD'S REVAMPS PMD AFTER DEPARTURE OF TANGY MORGAN

Lloyd's has decided to restructure its performance management directorate (PMD) following the departure of Tangy Morgan, who had been one of three deputy heads of performance management. Mark Stockton and Theresa Froelich, the other two deputy heads, have been named as co-heads of syndicate underwriting performance. The responsibilities of Kieran Flynn, currently head of underwriting standards but now to retire in June, will be spread across the performance management teams. David Shipley and Les Allen have joined the PMD as special advisers.
