Japanese insurer Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire is to offer special London-based services for Japanese travellers to the Olympics later this year. It is to install a free telephone service in London from a week before to a week after the games, offering round-the-clock consulting services in Japanese. Insureds will also be visited by Tokio Marine's employees to support them, depending on the policyholder's needs.
