System Selection Process

 If you are intending to purchase a ‘package’ system, Scyllogis can assist with all stages of the vendor selection process.

Based on discussions with key stakeholders from the business we will help you prepare the ‘Request for Proposal’ that will define the strategic and operational requirements. Once this is done, we will help you select vendors best suited to receive the RFP. 

Scyllogis will then aid you in answering questions from the vendors; evaluating their RFP responses; shortlisting vendors and managing the final selection process, including facilitating vendor presentations.

Once a vendor has been selected, Scyllogis offers you invaluable experience in negotiating appropriate service, maintenance and licence contracts.
