Profiles and Current Vacancies

The people we look for are experienced and proficient providers of IT Change Management solutions within the insurance industry. You will have a background in this context in either consulting or in technical development.

We are constantly seeking confident and self-motivated professionals, who are able to impact on a daily basis on the quality of thinking and implementation we provide to our clients.

While we respect all previous career paths, we are particularly drawn to individuals whose experience has afforded them the opportunity to work within the Insurance industry in diverse market and cultures.

We expect all members of our team to conduct themselves both in-house and when working with our clients in an amiable, proactive and considerate fashion, and to be generous with their time and experience when dealing with colleagues and clients.

But even more than that, we look for people who are passionate about what they do, and who believe that the ‘extra mile’ is not an ‘extra’ mile at all, but simply the final mile of every job.
